We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy on eligible merchandise.

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date their order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

• Items must be in their original condition.

• Original tags must remain attached, if applicable.

• Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or damage.

• Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

Returns requested after the 14-day period may not be accepted.

👕 ELIGIBLE RETURN ITEMS

The following items may qualify for returns or exchanges:

Only standard, non-personalized merchandise is eligible for returns or exchanges.

🚫 FINAL SALE ITEMS

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are considered final sale:

• Personalized or custom-made apparel

• Products featuring customer-requested names, images, or designs

• Custom-designed hats and accessories

• Mugs and tumblers

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final-sale merchandise

Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Exceptions: If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.

📦 HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact MADEBYWIGGINS™ through our website's contact form within 14 days of delivery.

Please provide:

1. Your full name

2. Your order number

3. The item you wish to return or exchange

4. The reason for your request

5. Photos, if the item is damaged or defective

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions if your item is eligible.

Please do not send merchandise back without receiving return instructions.

💰 REFUNDS

Once your returned merchandise has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.

• Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the credit.

• Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds will not be issued for items that fail to meet our return eligibility requirements, except where required by law.

Need a different size? We've got you!

Eligible apparel may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your requested size or style is unavailable, we may offer an eligible refund or store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with size or preference exchanges unless the exchange is necessary because of an error made by MADEBYWIGGINS™.

🚚 RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise.

MADEBYWIGGINS™ is not responsible for return packages lost in transit before they reach us.

💔 DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We carefully inspect and package orders before shipment. However, we understand that mistakes or shipping damage can occasionally occur.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include:

• A replacement item

The 48-hour reporting request does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

❌ ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because many MADEBYWIGGINS™ products are prepared or pressed to order, cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing an order.

Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once production or customization has begun.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled but may qualify for a return under this policy.

🛍️ SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Items purchased during promotional sales may be returned within 14 days if they meet our standard return eligibility requirements.

Items specifically marked Final Sale or Clearance — Final Sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

• Custom & Personalized Orders: 5–7 business days before shipment.

• Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Processing times may vary during holidays, promotional events, new product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently offer shipping throughout the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment.

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after shipment, when available.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, size, and delivery destination.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.
