📦 ORDER PROCESSING

At MADEBYWIGGINS™, many of our products are custom-made or pressed to order to ensure quality and attention to detail.

Our processing times are as follows:

• Standard Orders: 3–5 business days before shipment.

• Custom & Personalized Orders: 5–7 business days before shipment.

• Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Processing times may vary during holidays, promotional events, new product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Please Note: Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently offer shipping throughout the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment.

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after shipment, when available.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, size, and delivery destination.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

🖤 CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many MADEBYWIGGINS™ products are prepared specifically for our customers.

This includes:

• T-shirts, hoodies, and crewnecks

• Joggers and matching sets

• Hats and accessories

• Custom mugs and tumblers

• Personalized apparel and merchandise

Please allow the designated processing time for your items to be completed before shipping.

Orders containing multiple items may require additional processing time.

📬 ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Customers are encouraged to monitor their tracking information for delivery updates.

🏠 SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

MADEBYWIGGINS™ is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

📦 LOST, STOLEN & DELAYED PACKAGES

We understand how exciting it is to receive your order!

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first to initiate an investigation.

You may also contact MADEBYWIGGINS™ for assistance.

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve shipping concerns. However, we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, except where required by applicable law.

💔 DAMAGED ITEMS

Every order is packaged with care to help ensure safe delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible and provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the damaged item

• Photographs of the original packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.

The 48-hour reporting request does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

🛍️ PREORDERS

Preorder items will ship according to the estimated shipping date listed on the product page.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are available.

Any significant changes to preorder shipping estimates will be communicated to customers.

🌎 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, MADEBYWIGGINS™ ships within the United States only.

We hope to expand our shipping services internationally in the future.

❌ ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because many of our products are custom-made or pressed to order, cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing an order.

Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once production or customization has begun.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled but may qualify for a return under our Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order with MADEBYWIGGINS™, customers acknowledge that they have been provided access to our Shipping & Delivery Policy, including estimated processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

MADEBYWIGGINS™ makes reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the estimated timeframes stated above.

However, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, and unforeseen shipping delays.

If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide any delay notices, cancellation options, or refunds required by applicable law.

MADEBYWIGGINS™ reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter the terms applicable to purchases already completed.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.
