We will not charge an increased price without the customer's authorization.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CONFIRMATION

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.

Customers submitting artwork or logos represent that they own the necessary rights or have obtained permission to reproduce the submitted materials.

7. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Our estimated processing times are:

Standard Orders: 3–5 business days.

Custom & Personalized Orders: 5–7 business days.

Processing times exclude weekends and major holidays.

Estimated shipping transit times are:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment.

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after shipment, when available.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, high order volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

MADEBYWIGGINS™ offers a 14-day return or exchange window for eligible merchandise.

Eligible items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.

Certain merchandise is considered final sale, including:

• Custom-made and personalized items

• Mugs and tumblers

• Gift cards

• Designated clearance and final-sale products

Final-sale restrictions generally apply to change-of-mind returns and do not eliminate applicable consumer rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misrepresented products.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing an order.

Because many of our products are prepared or pressed to order, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production or customization has begun.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

10. PRODUCT CARE & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their merchandise.

For printed apparel, we generally recommend:

• Washing garments inside out

• Avoiding bleach and harsh detergents

• Tumble drying on low heat or air drying

• Avoiding direct ironing over printed designs

For mugs and tumblers, hand washing is generally recommended unless otherwise specified.

MADEBYWIGGINS™ is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, excessive heat, misuse, or failure to follow product care instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

All original MADEBYWIGGINS™ branding, logos, website content, photographs, graphics, and original designs are the property of MADEBYWIGGINS™ or their respective rights holders.
